Overview
Computer/ Network installation & Repair Up to 2hrs
Includes unpacking system and components, performing quality inspection or trouble shoot and completing / repairing the initial setup.
Technician will discuss where your router is to be located and make recommendations to avoid any connectivity issues.
Configure router and setup security encryption to help protect your network from non-approved users.
Service includes connecting three (3) systems or devices to your wireless network. These devices could include your wireless printer, scanner, MP3 Player, or digital camera. Technician will load all the support software and verify everything is functioning properly. In addition, technician will enable file and print sharing across your network.
Technician will also demonstrate how you can add additional users or devices to the network.
Setup new or existing internet connection through existing service provider and confirm connectivity.
Upon completion of work, Technician will provide a Review of Service(s) performed and have you complete a sign-off to verify.
Scheduling
This service time is limited to 2 hr windows. More time maybe added at your request. Please allow 48 hours for your order to process. After processing a scheduling agent will contact you.
